The legendary Sleigh Ride Dinner at Lone Mountain Ranch—home to 26 luxury log cabins available for overnight stays—has become a favorite of both locals and guests from around the world. Your evening begins with a magical 20-minute sleigh ride through snow-dusted trails under a starlit sky, ending at our historic North Fork Cabin.
Step into the warm glow of oil lamps and sip a welcome shot of honey moonshine. Then, savor a Montana classic: prime rib slow-cooked over a century-old railroad stove, served with rosemary popovers, crème fraîche mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, and huckleberry cobbler.
Throughout the season, rotating musical performers fill the cabin with lively tunes and soulful melodies, making each visit a unique experience. The evening concludes with a cozy sleigh ride back to The Outpost—your unforgettable winter memory complete.
