For corporate retreats, you can take over the entire ranch or work with our staff to develop an itinerary that accomplishes the relationship-building you’re going for while it entertains your whole group.

We’ll help you make your incentive travel truly personalized to show top employees how much you value them. We’ll work with them to develop an itinerary that speaks to their soul, from horseback riding, white water rafting, and fly fishing to in-room massage. Lone Mountain Ranch speaks the language of teams and individual travelers equally well.

Corporate Retreats

Corporate planners can buy out the ranch or plan an event for a smaller group; either way, we’ll work with you to plan an itinerary that gives you just the right amount of meetings, bonding time, individual adventure, and downtime. You can buy out our members’ only Auric Room to give your group a truly unique Big Sky experience. If you need space for breakout sessions, our venues can be configured in multiple ways. Lone Mountain Ranch bonds coworkers like few other places could, and those relationships will travel back with you to the office.

The Auric Room 1915 is an exclusive members-only supper club and speakeasy that offers unique culinary experiences and a sophisticated blend of Montana heritage and modern design. We envisioned a place for adventurers to relax, dine, and share stories over a great whiskey at the end of the day. The private dining venue is clad in reclaimed oak flooring and timber walls with modern elements like a thick black marble bar suspended on an ebonized base.

Day 1

3 P.M. Cabin check-in

3-5 P.M. Horse Meet and Greet at
The Barn. Saddle up and meet your
horse buddy for the weekend and learn
all about horse safety and riding. Enjoy
beers in the barn accompanied by live
music and a barber for shaves and trims.

6 P.M. Cowboy Cookout at Ranch Hall.
Take a wagon ride to Ranch Hall for a
BBQ fest set for a true pioneer. Test
your mettle with mechanical bull riding
and enjoy live music and line dancing.
